What Private Feels Like Here
Before your guests sit down, warm pita is already on the table and Iliada olive oil is already being poured — the way the Mediterranean has always said welcome. When the evening is private, that beginning belongs entirely to your group.
The Mibrasa is running at Brooklyn. The Earthstone is running at both locations. Whatever comes off those hearths arrives still sounding like fire — the char, the crackle, the scent of hardwood that reaches you a beat before the plate does. The kitchen times everything the same way it does any other night. Except tonight there is only your table to time it for.
The sharing plates arrive in the rhythm your group sets, not the room's. At the close, ouzo or Greek mountain tea arrives — not to end the evening, but to extend it.
The Spaces
TWO LOCATIONS ✦ MULTIPLE CONFIGURATIONS
Brooklyn, Jacksonville

The Covered Courtyard
UP TO 120 GUESTS
A full courtyard buyout fills the room with the hum of a single evening that belongs to your group, framed by the surrounding Hub Brooklyn buildings with the Jacksonville skyline beyond. A semi-private corner is available for smaller parties that still want the skyline. Heaters and fans run year-round. The coal fire is a few feet from where your guests sit — they can hear it.

Dining Room - Brooklyn
48 GUESTS
Forty-eight seats inside, a conditioned room with a built-in bar and the Jacksonville skyline framed through the windows. Private and enclosed — for the dinner that wants its own walls and the city as its backdrop.

Zorbas Rooftop - Brooklyn
50-100 GUESTS
One floor above the dining room, with Jacksonville skyline and St. Johns River views. For cocktail receptions, late-evening close events, or standalone private gatherings. The river is visible only from up here.
The Occasions
Celebrations & Receptions
Birthdays, milestones, homecomings — seated or standing. Tell the kitchen what you're marking when you book. The table will know.
Corporate Entertaining
The dinner becomes the conversation. The Coravin program opens bottles worth discussing. Guests who didn't know each other at seven don't want to leave at ten.
Weddings & Rehearsal Dinners
Everyone you love, one table, nowhere to be tomorrow. Both locations host ceremonies and receptions — your coordinator shapes the evening from first welcome to last pour.
How It Works
Fill out the inquiry form below or call (904) 719-4561. Tell the events team the basics — the occasion, the date, the headcount, the location. Nothing needs to be confirmed yet.
Your events coordinator builds a custom proposal around your group: the right space, the right menu approach, the right flow. You'll know exactly what to expect before you commit to anything.
On the night itself, you are a guest — not a coordinator. The logistics, timing, service, and fire are handled. Walk in and your evening is already running.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the typical investment for a private event?
Private dining at our venue starts at a $[X] minimum spend or $[Y] per guest, depending on space, headcount, and menu format. Custom proposals are built around your event — your coordinator details the specifics in your written proposal.
Is a deposit required to hold a date?
Yes. A deposit secures your private event date. Your coordinator details the amount and terms as part of your custom proposal.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions for large groups?
Yes. Sharing plates, whole fish, and wood-fired vegetables adapt well to most dietary needs. Tell your coordinator what your group requires when you inquire — the proposal is built around it.
Can I bring outside vendors — florist, photographer, DJ?
Yes. Florals, photographers, and entertainment are welcome within the space's logistics. Share your vendor list when the proposal is being built so we can coordinate timing and access.
How far in advance should I book?
For weekend dates and peak seasons (spring, summer, holidays), four to six weeks gives you the best selection. We accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows. For approaching dates, call (904) 719-4561 directly.
Is parking available for large groups?
At Brooklyn: complimentary valet Thursday–Saturday 5–10 PM; FIS garage adjacent (free after 6 PM weekdays, free all day weekends); metered street parking on Riverside Ave. At Jacksonville Beach: parking in surrounding blocks — confirmed in your event coordination.
The Evening Is Yours
The fire runs the same way it does every night. The kitchen brings what it always brings. Tonight, it is for your guests.
